“I’m 63 years old, and work as a Certified Financial Planner, so my work life is fairly sedentary. One of the ways I like to enjoy my leisure time is to play golf. My typical routine is to gripe about winter, then rush out to the golf course cold, expecting it to be great.
I mentioned this to Mike and Kate and they designed a program specifically targeted to the unique movements required for golf. I worked their program leading up to the golf season this year, and found the personal sessions particularly helpful in building strength and stability, noticing and improving body position. I went into my first game in the best shape I’ve ever been, and had the best score I’ve had in two years.
Body mechanics is so important, and they helped become aware of my body and focus on proper posture and position. I didn’t ache after, or feel tired or sore. Just grateful for feeling strong enough to enjoy an activity that I love. I’m not recommending Kate and Mike because I shot a better golf score.
